Extratime Buffet
- cucumbers, lime and jalapeños salad with Greek cheese and roasted sesame seeds
- spicy Beef Tartar with Tabasco, cloves and Sapphire gin lacing
- black rice and shrimps with fresh coconut, pineapple and coriander
-vanilla Bourbon soft cream with orange jam Australian almond crumble
Yesterday we had our seasonal Extratime late night shopping event. This time it was a very special one with the italian gourmet cook Roberto Abiadati making a lovely buffet for us.
