Neu eingetroffen diese Woche sind die Wunderschönen Kashmir Pullover der irischen Strick Firma Inis Meáin. Auf der kleinen Insel Aran werden Pullover gestrickt wie schon vor 100 Jahren. Als Vorlage dienen die alten Pullover der irischen Fischer.

Inis Meáin Knitting Company in the Aran Islands was born into this spirit of independence and resourcefulness.
The collections that we design in Inis Meáin are partly inspired by the traditional dress of the islanders with a touch of luxury.

Named after one of the Irish Aran islands, Inis Meáin has been employing local knitters for the past 30 years. From highly decorated Aran Sweaters to a complex tweed stitch developed with an Aran local, the collection was inspired by a 100-year-old photograph of Meáin fishermen in traditional sweaters.
