More boat shoes
picture seen on thesartorialist.blogspot.com
I have a very divided opinion on boat shoes. To me Boat shoes are what 50 something french men wear and I had difficulties to imagine young cool men wearing them. But I started to like them. I think it's a question of color. I still don't like brown ones but red or even the yellow ones I posted recently are very cool.
I quit like these two colored ones.

Well well, comment from 60+ swiss man, you might have to reconsider what fashion is all about. Obviously Sebagos and Sperry Topsiders were the thing in the eighties. But for more than 2 years they have been creeping up our spine slowly. Why - because they are colorful, functional and give me a chance to leave flip flops in the drawer. And after all, even the satorialist thinks they are cool. I call that progress.
